Where it All Started
Created by Someone Who Lived the Challenges
Dave Dagostino wasn't building software for the travel industry. He was living the reality of group travel firsthand.
As a dedicated band parent and trip chaperone, he experienced the same challenges many organizations faced every day: scattered communication, paper itineraries, disconnected tools, and countless moving parts that made coordinating a trip harder than it needed to be.
What began as a search for a better way quickly became the foundation for Apperone.
A New Understanding

What began as a solution for communication and traveler safety quickly revealed a much larger challenge.
As more organizations adopted Apperone, we saw operators managing room assignments, traveler information, transportation logistics, documents, itineraries, communication, and traveler engagement across multiple disconnected tools.
We learned that operators weren't looking for another travel app. They needed a better way to run trips.
That realization led us to expand beyond communication and build a platform designed to support every stage of the group travel journey.
